Assessment of Educational Needs of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in sport and youth organization of Ardabil Province

Abstract
The purpose of research is needs assessment of information and communication technology (ICT) in physical education offices of Ardabil Province. Research was descriptive and applied. The study sample consisted of 110 cases of Ardabil city ،Due to the limited number of statistical samples of all individuals were included in the statistical community ،Finally, 102 employees responded to the questionnaire. Coefficient alpha of questionnaire was 0.90. Data analysis with descriptive and inferential statistical methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, t test, Friedman, has been by statistical software SPSS.The results showed that the physical education department staff Ardabil for the effective use of ICT in teaching and research process need training, And ICT in the learning process as useful and effective.The results showed that employees need basic training and specialized in ICT. They need to elementary education, the ICDL training and they need specialized training courses in the internet and are interested in participating in the workshops.Also negative and significant relationship obtained between age and job experience with ICT training need and significant differences exist between men and women in the use of ICT.
