Analysis of the Social Contributions in The Republic of Moldova and of the Social-Economic Relations between The Republic of Moldova and Romania

Journal Title: Journal of Business Management and Applied Economics - Year 2012, Vol 1, Issue 1

Abstract

The social protection system has become nowadays an essential part of the social-economic politics of the state. In the first stage, the current research focused on the analysis of the social contributions system in the Republic of Moldova. The following part of the paper attempts to do a study of the (bilateral) social-economic relations between Romania and Moldova. In the author’s vision, investigating the development level of the neighbour states as well as the (multilateral) external relations are of a particular interest both scientifically and practically. Romania is one of the two neighbours of the Republic of Moldova; therefore the comparisons of all kinds and also the cooperation in various fields prove to be natural and necessary, given that they contribute to knowledge of the developments and to designing the levers and the ways of operating them.
