Analysis of the state of organizational culture pedagogical staffs of Vocational School agrarian profile

Abstract
In the article the results of research of the state of organizational culture (ОС) are analyzed in Vocational School of agrarian profile of Ukraine. By means of experimental work determined the level of development of the state of organizational culture in the teaching staff of these schools and it (ОС) features. Clarified the awareness of teaching staff about the mission, strategy, goals of the institution. Research results showed directions after that it is necessary to develop the organizational culture of Vocational School and realize intellectual potential of pedagogical workers, to improve the image of Vocational Schools.
