ANALYSIS OF URBAN PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN METROPOLITAN LIMA AND THE REFORMS IMPLEMENTED DURING MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT 2011-2014

Abstract
In the 1990s, the liberalization of public transport made it possible to meet the demands of society in Metropolitan Lima. This political decision became the matrix of the problems of urban public transport that are observed today, and that alarmingly affect society. In this framework, one of the efforts that carried out substantial reforms to improve the public transport system was that of the 2011-2014 period.
