EDUCATIONAL REVOLUTION: BLENDED EDUCATION IN THE CONTEXT OF COVID-19

Abstract
The context of COVID-19 has led to a revolution in education, since, due to confinement to contain the advance of the pandemic, distance or virtual education has had to be implemented. Based on this, in the field of neuroscience it has been determined that both distance education and face-to-face classes have advantages and disadvantages in the comprehensive development of the child; The first enhances soft skills, while the second allows the development of hard or technical skills, therefore, both are complementary for the evolution towards a social brain in those children in basic education, especially during the adolescent development stage. , since in this, the prefrontal cortex matures.
