Abstract
Outpatient informal commerce is an activity that originates mostly in a certain sector of the Peruvian population, which has limited economic resources, lack of knowledge of commercial legislation and lack of a defined physical space where to develop its commercial activities, with the purpose of generate economic income that allows you to survive. So it has been identified that, in any social area where this type of informal activity takes place, it causes both a negative impact on the physical part of the city and a recurrent dispute either for the use or for the empowerment of these areas. community. This essay seeks to analyze the informal outpatient trade from a social perspective, determining its factors and characteristics.
