Analysis of Vocational Training Courses in Turkey in the Context of Active Labor Market Policies

Abstract
Increasing international competition and rapid development in technology occurring with globalization; with developed countries, the differences between the underdeveloped or developing countries but has revealed the fact that closed with qualified manpower. In this context; accelerating development, increasing employment, raising the competitiveness of countries, advancing and developing countries in the training of qualified manpower equipped with basic element of industrialization which information, skills and work habits, which has an important place in active labor market policies, one of the most important components of lifelong learning philosophy, vocational training courses that develops skills in the short term are important. This study examined according to the type of vocational training courses organized under the İŞKUR, the importance of reducing unemployment of courses is evaluated.
