Analysis of weakness of the models of assessing the efficiency of the enterprise and the development of directions of their solution

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of weakness of models for assessing the efficiency of enterprise management. Many enterprises do not pay due attention to the assessment of management efficiency, which leads to a decrease in both management and economic efficiency of the enterprise. The general weaknesses of existing models were identified, as well as the requirements for the selection of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of enterprises management. The "Balanced scorecard"; management performance evaluation model was chosen as the basis for improvement. The purpose of the article is to analyze the weakness of the models of assessing the efficiency of the enterprise and find ways to solve them. It is proposed to improve the model for assessing the effectiveness of enterprise management through the introduction of internal service evaluation. The article introduced an assessment of the internal service of the enterprise, which consists in a survey of employees on the factors of job satisfaction. To do this, the article proposed a model of employee survey by blocks. The introduction of solutions to problems and options for improving the model of management efficiency assessment in the practice of the enterprise will allow you to quickly assess the level of management, make informed strategic and operational decisions and improve the performance of the enterprise.
