Abstract
The quality of services can be defined as the extent to aggregate its characteristics and properties of consumer expectations considering the price that he is willing to pay. Therefore, the examination of the quality of hotel and restaurant services in Kharkov analyzed from the beginning of local scientists about the quality of service. Highlighted still not solved the problem which is to study hotel and restaurant industry in service. Kharkov.
