REPRODUCTIVE PARAMETERS IN MEN AFTER INGUINAL ALOHERNIOPLASTY

Abstract
Hernia of anterior abdominal wall occupy a leading position in the structure of surgical diseases. According to the literature 20 men from 1000 is have hernia (2%). Of those inguinal hernia diagnosed at around 75%. According to the literature, the incidence of infertility in men after inguinal hernioplasty is 45-50% cases. The article presents the changes in male reproductive function after inguinal alohernioplasty. It is proved that the surgical treatment of inguinal hernias should prevent the contact of the implant and the spermatic cord.
