SOME PROBLEMS OF RESOCIALIZATION OF CONVICTED JUVENILES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The current legislation of Ukraine and the views of scientists on the basic means and measures of correction and resocialization of juveniles who were convicted to serving termin a prison orpunishments, which not related to deprivation of liberty, were analyzed and disclosed.The main tasks and conditions for successful implementation of resocialization of juveniles convicts were described.
