STRATEGIC SYSTEMS IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND ENSURING COMPETITIVE COMPETITION ADVANTAGES

Abstract
The article summarizes the views of modern scientists and presents a comprehensive vision of designing and realization of a competitive business strategy. The author presents the factors and conditions that should be considered and kept on each specific stage during the elaboration of a competitive strategy. These factors are extremely important because they contribute to the optimal use of available strategic potential of the company. A clear assessment of modern strategic systems that improve the quality of service and automate business processes is formed. The introduction of promising areas of the CRM, BPR and ERP-technologies in the concept of internal marketing in the companies of unproductive sector and priorities for their future development were proposed. For example, LLC "Nova poshta" analyzed important aspects of the implementation of strategic systems in the enterprise.
