ANALYSIS TO THE RETAIL OF THE WATER RESOURCES COMPLEX OF THE REGIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The agricultural complex is an important component of the national economic regions of Ukraine, because it provides control and rational use of water resources. Changes in the external environment, increasing the value of the time factor and the effect of factors of different origins require a constant analysis and diagnosis of the water management complex. Analysis and diagnostics will ensure the development of the water management complex of Ukraine and orientate on the principles of ecologically safe use of water resources. It will safeguard the current and future needs of the state and its population.
