ANALYTICAL ESTIMATION OF THE SOUTHERN REGION ENTERPRISES FUNCTIONING EFFICIENCY

Abstract
The article reveals the trends of development of meat processing enterprises of the Southern region in three main directions: analysis of production resources efficiency indicators; analysis of financial resources efficiency and the analysis of the level of business activity indicators. The strengths and weaknesses of financial and economic activity of the investigated business entities, depending on the results achieved, are identified. This provided an opportunity to identify priority ways of the further development of enterprises in the meat industry to improve their levels of profitability. The article proposes the corresponding measures to further improvement of the meat processing enterprises of the southern region functioning.
