Abstract
Studied analytic-synthetic heuristic that is designed on the institutional environment and allows you to move it to the Institute, providing infrastructure and synthesize them back into a single complex on the basis of accounting information balance. The actual development of the analytic-synthetic method, a scientific direction, through the study of factors that combined in one typological model, consisting of two levels: theoretical and practical.
