METHODS OF FINANCIAL PROVISION OF HEALTH CARE IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The Article deals with the methods of financial provision of the health care system of Ukraine. The advantages and disadvantages of methods of financing of the health care system of Ukraine are determined. It is noted that the quality of medical care and the plight of health of the population depend the provision of the medical branch of material and technical, labor and financial resources and on their effective use. It has been determined that financial provision is one of the main factors that has affects development of the medical field and the socio-economic performance of the industry. Author in the Article generalizes the interpretation of the essence of financial provision on the basis of the selection of individual positions of researchers. It is emphasized that the essence of financial provision is determined depending on which aspect of financial activity is considered by the particular author. It is noted that problems of resource supply of the healthcare system are always relevant for the state, for the whole society and every citizen. The main problems of financial providing of health care in Ukraine are revealed. It is noted that problems of resource supply of the healthcare system are always relevant for the state, for the whole society and every citizen. The necessity of improvement of financial provision of health care in the conditions of economic transformations and expediency of further development of the system of medical insurance is substantiated. The directions of increase of efficiency of the national health care system in Ukraine are indicated.
