Analyzing legally and religiously aspects of marriage dissolution in Iran legal system

Abstract
The aim of marriage dissolution is the end of couple relation though this theory which the partly marriage would be dismissed by the end of marriage time, it is not correct, because in partly marriage the couple relation was clear and there is no couple relation after the expiration of marriage there is no marriage relation. The civil law has not expressed just the failures of marriage and the meaning of faultier is that the marriage would be dismissed spontaneously in contrast the expiration means that bride or groom each one dismissed the marriage by their own willing.
