Andragogical approaches in postgraduate education

Abstract
Andragogy is a section of learning theory, which reveals the specific patterns of development of knowledge and adult’s skills subject to training, and the specific of guiding the professional educator. The relevance and objective of the publication is dictated by the need to reach Pharmaceutical Society of theoretical and practical knowledge on the basis of the principles of andragogy. Andragogy is working closely with other areas of scientific knowledge and practice. In this framework, the andragogy knowledge performs a specific function, focusing on issues relating to education in the system of interaction between adults. A review of the publications in the areas of Pharmacy sciences related to implementation and effective development of the functioning system of adult education in the period of post-graduate training of specialists in the field of pharmacy by bibliosemantic and analytical method. The usefulness of andragogy approaches by stems from the complexity of public life, the expansion of the range of activities of contemporary man, the rapid obsolescence of once acquired competence, need to learn all the time, increasing of demands to a person living in a changing society, increasing the proportion of people of III age. Andragogy is an outstanding example of the expression of the General trends in the development of modern scientific knowledge. On the one hand, this integration of information around key issues, on the other, its specialization and differentiation. This science is effectively functioning system of adult education, satisfying educational orders of people, promoting the development of continuing education needs, including graduates of the pharmacy in the General educational environment, strengthen their initiatives.
