ANTI-CRISIS ACTIVITIES IN THE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
The system of crisis management involves in organizational terms considerable flexibility and adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances. Therefore, the development of anti-crisis management measures in an unstable economic environment is an urgent topic of research. In modern conditions in Ukraine, the comprehensive support of economic actors at the stage of market transformations and anti-crisis measures is one of the priority directions in the process of formation of economic policy. The author investigates the features of crisis management in enterprises in the context of individual stages of crisis response. The steps to implement the anti-crisis management strategy of the enterprise are proposed. Successful realization of anti-crisis measures will be possible only with the use of an integrated approach to determining the crisis situation at the enterprise.
