Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine as a subject of control over observance of legislation on protection of economic competition.

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine as the subject of control over compliance with the legislation on the protection of economic competition. In particular, the peculiarities of his education, appointment to the positions of the head and the formation of staffing have been clarified. In the following, the main powers of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine as the subject of control over observance of the legislation on protection of economic competition are disclosed and its interrelations with other bodies of state power and local self-government during the realization of the given powers are revealed. The main guarantees of activity of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine are investigated.
