ANTOPOSOCIOCULTURAL APPROACH TO DETERMINATION OF THE CONCEPT OF LEGAL AID

Abstract
The main approaches to the definition of legal aid are considered in this article. The paper tried to highlight certain features of legal aid and its linguistic interpretation. The concept of legal aid with related definitions also was compared.
