Abstract
For many years the teacher of the higher school on Belarus had the high social status. However, recently the situation significantly changed. Belarus is only formally included in system of Bologna Process. Reforms at the higher school don't bring the expected effect. Reduction of a number of hours by social and humanitarian disciplines negatively influence the average level of graduates of the Belarusan universities.
