Abstract
In the article the theoretical and practical problems of realization of right for personality are examined on the appeal of decision, action or inactivity during pre-trial investigation. A legal estimation is given and suggestions of solution of legal problem in force of that person through exhausted of object and subject of appeal are made, limit in realization assured in the international agreements ratified by Ukraine, and in the criminal judicial legislation of Ukraine right on access to the justice. the analysis of concept «the court, set by a law» is carried out for similar businesses in the context of differentiation of general and administrative jurisdiction courts.
