Application Entropy Method in Identify the Effective Factors in Success Knowledge Management on Organizational Learning, Using Fuzzy Logic
Journal Title: Caspian Journal of Applied Sciences Research - Year 2012, Vol 1, Issue 10
Abstract
Recently, many Researches have been done by under different conditions due to effective factors in Knowledge Management Succeed. Considering all key effective factors of Knowledge Management Succeed in institutional learning is a hard job; however, we have chosen seven factors among many which are in common with institutional learning factors as independent research variables and studied their effects on increasing institutional learning as dependant variables. As various criteria have different effects, we computed the weight of these criteria by entropy method and used Likert Fuzzy spectrum in our questionnaire to ask statistical Society. We designed our questionnaire after specifying the research criteria and distributed them among our statistical Society after being confirmed by experts. When we collected all data from statistical Society we analyzed the relationships between independent variables and dependant ones first separately and then as a whole. The results showed that all key effective factors in Knowledge Management Succeed had positive effects on institutional learning and made institutional learning increase. But analyzing the relationships between independent and dependent variables together was showed that just four factors of sharing and distributing knowledge, scientific based policies, strategies, managing human resources and using information technology effected positively on institutional learning and made institutional learning increase.

Optimal Order Allocation and Supplier Selection with Imperfect Quality Products and Financial Constraint
The Classical Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) is a well-known inventory control technique. Two common assumptions in this technique are: (i) there is one level and (ii) the ordered items are of perfect quality. We have con...
T -Roughness in Modules
This paper concerns algebraic aspects of generalized approximation spaces. Concepts of T- rough moduls and generalized T- rough modules. In addition, we give some properties of such modules and discuss the relatio...
Comparison of One-Dimensional HEC-RAS with Two-Dimensional ADH for Flow over Trapezoidal Profile Weirs
Two numerical models namely The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers River Analysis System (HEC-RAS) and The Adaptive Hydraulics (ADH) were evaluated and compared. The models were used to predict the water surface profile, deter...
Shrimp Stock Assessment in Bushehr Coastal Waters of the Persian Gulf
Data of a trawl survey in 2011 was analyzed to estimate the abundance of shrimp resources in Bushehr coastal waters of the Persian Gulf. Samples were collected at 44 selected trawl stations following a stratified random...
Response of Antioxidant Enzymes in Pyrchantha Coccnia as Biomarkers for the Detection of Pb in Urban Atmosphere
The utility of antioxidant enzymes, via superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), ascorbate peroxidase (APX) and glutathione peroxidase (GPX), as biomarkers of lead pollution in urban atmosphere of Baku was inves...
