Application of avoiding convolution adaptive codebook
search algorithm in G.722.2
Journal Title: Science Paper Online - Year 2010, Vol 5, Issue 2

Abstract

This paper described the basic principle of ACELP, discussed the adaptive codebook search algorithm in G.722.2. By eliminating the convolution operation of adaptive codebook search algorithm, the amount of calculation is reduced. Simulation results show that the method used in G.722.2 algorithm not only maintains the quality of synthesized speech, but also makes complexity decrease significantly.
