APPLICATION OF DIDACTIC PRINCIPLES IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS’ PRACTICAL COMPETENCE IN PHYSICS

Abstract

The development of students’ practical competence in physics plays a crucial role in modern education. This study explores the effectiveness of problem-solving as a method for enhancing students’ understanding of physical concepts and their ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real-life situations. The research compares two student groups: one using traditional learning methods and another focusing on problem-solving activities. The findings indicate that the latter group demonstrates significantly higher competence levels. The study highlights the necessity of incorporating real-world problem-solving into physics education to improve students’ analytical thinking and practical application skills.
