APPLICATION OF HEALTH-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES AT THE STUDIES OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS

Abstract
In the article the problem of optimization of physical education of students of higher educational establishments is examined on the basis of programmatic employments, which are directed on the increase of the functional and physical state of students, strengthening of health and forming of healthy way of life, necessary in future professional and everyday activity, and also forming of motivational pre-conditions to systematic employments by a physical culture and sport. Physical education of future teachers of physical culture with the use of fitness technology is currently relevant. Fitness technology is a modern trend in fitness with the use of objects and various equipment, as well as without them. They can be used by students of different ages and all medical groups
