APPLICATION OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS INFLUENCING ON RENIN-ANGIOTENSINALDOSTERON-SYSTEM AT INTERMEDIARY HEALTH RISK FACTOR OF “HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE”

Abstract
This publication focuses on health risk factor "high blood pressure" sequent causal factor for coronary heart disease (CHD), stroke, heart and kidney failure and others. Because according to the authors, it is the most common, detectable and reversible risk factor for myocardial infarction, stroke, heart failure (HF), atrial fibrillation, aortic dissection, peripheral vascular disease (PSC) paying attention to the measures taken to it - non-pharmacological and pharmacological. Particular attention is paid to the role of the renin-angiotensinaldosterone system (RAAS) in heart pathology, as well as opportunities for its inhibition of medicinal products in order to improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension.
