APPLICATION OF PROTECTION METHODS IN VIOLATION OF CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
The article investigates the use of remedies for breach of contractual obligations. The basic scientific research on remedies in breach of contractual obligations which were carried out within the domestic and foreign legal science and current legislation of Ukraine on this issue. It is concluded that the contractual obligations, in practice, often accompanied by the existence of ancillary (additional) obligations that are intended to stimulate the debtor to accurate and strict fulfillment of the obligation and to prevent or reduce the negative consequences may occur in case of violation. The author proposes to improve certain provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine concerning the regulation of certain remedies for breach of contractual obligations.
