THE DEFINITION OF THE TERRORISM GROUP AND "THEORETICAL ORGANIZATION"

Abstract
Article provides a comprehensive analysis of the term “terroristic group” with the terms “group of persons” and “organized group”, and also of the term “terroristic organization” with the term “criminal organization”. Disclosing the differences and similarities of these terms the necessity to equalize the term “organized group” with the term “terroristic group”, and the term “criminal organization” with the term “terroristic organization” is proved. The definitions of “terroristic group” and “terroristic organization” are given. The alternative ways of the abovementioned terms explanation improvement in domestic criminal legislation by amending the relevant resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, or making changes or additions to the Articles 258 and 2583 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are proposed.
