Abstract
Dosega{nite istra`uvawa poka`aa deka nastavniot proces e siroma{en kako po primenuvanite metodi i mediumi, taka i po nastavnite oblici. I natamu dominira frontalniot oblik na rabotata, iako odamna se znae deka sekoj u~enik e ednakov so samiot sebe, deka nema povtoruvawa na poedincite i deka u~enicite od isto oddelenie ne se homogena grupa. Za da nastavniot proces bide interesen, bogat i inovativen, mora pred s¢, da gi po~ituva kognitivnite, no i site drugi razliki me|u u~enicite i na sekogo da mu dade {ansa nastavnite zada~i da gi re{ava na svoj na~in. Takvata rabota sekako ne mo`e da ja ovozmo`i nastavata vo koja dominira upotrebata na frontalniot oblik na rabota.
