APPLICATION OF THE MANAGEMENT APPROACH TO EFFICIENT DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE RAILWAY TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article considers the managerial approach to the balanced development of enterprises of railway transport of Ukraine, which involves the application of managerial innovative solutions. «Management approach» can be understood as a new system of organization and management, or new management technology to ensure organizational and methodological development. In many cases, innovation in management is created through the reformation of existing systems, technologies, processes (re-design, reengineering). A classification of innovative management solutions has been developed, in which variants, non-variables, known and original ones are highlighted. Management innovations can be divided into forced and proactive. The first category of innovations can be called normative, as enterprises must implement them in accordance with the rules of law. The second category of innovations should be identified as innovative. Examples of application of managerial decisions on railway transport enterprises are given. The properties of managerial decisions are revealed and the comparative characteristic of detection of these properties by types of innovations is presented. The process of this kind of transformation involves solving a set of standard analytical tasks in certain aspects of economic activity: the nature of the use of productive resources, the cost of commodity products, the financial state of enterprises of the railway transport of Ukraine.
