PECULIARITIES OF AN ORCHARD CAPITALIZATION AS AN ASSET

Abstract
Signification of the article is in presentation of the peculiarities of an orchard capitalization as an asset. The work presents accounting aspects and outlines methodology concerning capitalization of trees and bushes as an asset of an enterprise. The kinds include fair value, peculiarities of market value and methodology of assessment of the current value and complex evaluation. The article presents correspondence concerning the records of lay out and growing of perennials, as well as describes procedure of the orchard inventory and competing of the “Report of acceptance of long-term biological assets of vegetation (perennial plants) and their handover to production”, which approves its capitalization as an asset.
