MODERN VIEWS TO MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY'S EQUITY CAPITAL

Abstract
The article investigated the main components of management of the company's equity capital. The main tasks and principles of management of equity capital are formulated, compliance with which will allow enterprises to effectively manage their equity capital from the standpoint of ensuring its sufficiency and are important for the realization of their equity capital of their functions. It is proposed to divide the principles of managing the company's equity capital into general and specific ones. The composition and characteristics of these groups of principles are given. The subjects and objects of managing the company's equity capital have been determined. The process of making a decision on managing equity capital in the system of financial management of an enterprise is described. The methods of managing the company's equity capital are considered. Also, the main components of the process of monitoring the company's equity capital management are shown.
