Applying the automated web-resources for providing the quality education services

Abstract
The importance and the necessity implementation the web- technologies in the education area is established in several of the normative documents. Today, the management decisions in education are based on the latest methodological developments and unique feature of the educational systems of each country. Change the function of the control system is outstanding condition for the transition to the modernization of information systems. The aim of research work is to analyse applying the automated web resources for providing the quality educational services. Identify ways of improving the existing information support of the quality management system of the educational services. Develop web resource for to ensure the quality of educational services. Methods: the logical and the comparative analysis, the grouping method. The developed information system is contained the system model; the operation algorithms; the selected platform implementation; the created database schema of system; the flexible and intuitive user interface is provided the vivid and long-term monitoring of the department performance indicator. Also, it will be helped in finding the primary tasks, the areas of work and the development of educational activities. The educational web resources should be of the high level of performance, the suitable artistic design, characterized by completeness of the material, providing the quality of the methodological tools and technical performance, correspond with the didactic principle logicality and sequence of the data presentation. Consequently, the development and use of the automated web-resources will be significantly improved quality of the education services.
