Approach to organizational management in MIPYMES

Abstract
Organizational management, considered one of the most important processes of good administration, defines in a timely manner the subsequent actions that must be carried out in every company, regardless of its size, mission or branch, to promote control and allocation. Adequate financial, material, technological or human resources, equally decisive to achieve high levels of excellence, public preference and high levels of competitiveness. This study establishes the way in which micro, small and medium-sized companies known by the acronym MIPYMES approach organizational management, depending on the aforementioned factors that characterize them, with the purpose of achieving their objectives effectively. For this purpose, different studies posted on the network were taken as background, from which after an analysis of their content a selection was made to build a report on theapproach to organizational management in MIPYMES
