APPROACHES TO DETERMINING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FINANCIAL PLANNING AT DIFFERENT ECONOMIC LEVELS

Abstract
The article considers methodological approaches assess the effectiveness of financial planning at the economic level. The comparative characteristic of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of financial planning. These indicators characterizing the efficiency of financial planning at the national level, the level of enterprises and households. Summarizing approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of financial planning are encouraged to use approach to evaluation by identifying deviations actual financial and economic indicators of the planned taking into account both set control and analytical data on the external and internal environment and the effectiveness of decisions taken in previous periods.
