Approaches to Monitoring and Self-Assessment of Student Teachers via Online System in Experts’ Opinions

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study approaches to monitoring and self-assessment of student teachers via online system in experts’ opinions. The informants were university teacher who taught Faculty of Industrial Education and Faculty of Education. The instrument used for collecting the data was a semi-structured questionnaire about the guiding principles of self-monitoring and self-evaluation of student teachers via online system. For data analysis, the researchers used inductive analysis. The research found as follows: There were seven aspects for approaching to monitoring and self-assessment of student teachers via online system in experts’ opinions: 1) Adjusting the lesson, 2) The lesson plan, 3) Experimental teaching, 4) Reflect on ideas and evaluation, 5) Improvement of the lesson, 6) Practical teaching, and 7) Reflective thinking, assessment, and exchange knowledge.
