Abstract
In the article new approaches to understanding the legal regime of corporate rights owned by the state in the charter capitals of commercial partnerships is devoted. The institutional and organizational disclosures of this kind of corporate rights are examined. It is proposed to level off contradictory aspects of realization of the legal regime of corporate rights owned by the state in the charter capitals of commercial partnerships.
