ARCHITECTURE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF POLES IN THE DEPRESSED REGION IN THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY

Abstract
In the article, the socio-economic architecture of the growth poles is formed for the depressed region that appears near a regional centre and includes the increase pole, the integration pole, and the development pole. They pass four stages of diffusion to the increase of the state of security in the region, taking into account the percent of the budgetary provision.
