Arduino-based personalized smart pot system
Journal Title: 广东农业科学 - Year 2018, Vol 45, Issue 9
Abstract
Domestic plants are often neglected, the existing automatic watering system is passively watered when water is detected, and cannot be watered according to the needs of different plants. It is easy to cause excessive watering or insufficient watering. This paper proposed to design intelligent potted plants to collect the characteristics of temperature, humidity and illumination of potted soil, fully consider the different wet and dry characteristics of plants, and stored the plant characteristics in the database, and calculated the different plant based on fuzzy decision tree algorithm. Individualized watering in different growing environments. At the same time, the out-of-office users could check the growth of the plants in time through the APP, they could enjoy the fun of remotely protecting flowers and plants directly in the APP control watering, and could also automatically complete the watering treatment in one button. The system would help users to know the real-time information of potted plants through the mobile phone APP anytime and anywhere, enabling remote watering.
