Journal Title: 广东农业科学 - Year 2018, Vol 45, Issue 3
Abstract
"The effectiveness of various poverty alleviation policies providing benefits to farmers was evaluated using entropy method and the AHP from the perspective of farmers' satisfaction. Comprehensive weights of 12 policies have been obtained using the statistical data from the Guangdong Province in 2017. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to rank the relative importance of these policies through analytic hierarchy process. Based on comprehensive analysis of policy satisfaction,we will identify weak links in policy implementation and policies with the benefits to farmers in the east and west wings of the Pearl River Delta and northern mountainous regions. We also put forward constructive suggestions for the administration to formulate policies for more effective poverty alleviation."
