AREAS AND PRIORITY TASKS OF DIVERSIFICATION OF PRODUCTION AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF AGRARIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In article the economic essence, directions and priority tasks of diversification of production and economic activities of agrarian enterprises are considered, the main preconditions, causes, types and modern approaches to management of diversification of activity of agrarian enterprises are considered and the author's approach to their improvement is substantiated. The essence of the concept of "diversification of activity" and "diversification of production" are considered. The main advantages and disadvantages of enterprise diversification are highlighted.
