Areas of activity of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and classification of administrative services provided by them in the field of road safety

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the content of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the identification of areas of their activities in the field of road safety, as well as criteria for the classification of administrative services in this area. The scientific approaches to the criteria of classification of administrative services are considered, the following criteria are analyzed in relation to the activity of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of road safety. On the basis of this, the criteria that most fully disclose the content of such activities are selected: depending on the subject of the provision of administrative services; depending on the type of transport on which the administrative service is provided; depending on consumers of administrative services; depending on the sphere of public relations in which administrative services are provided; depending on the type of administrative act on the results of the provision of administrative services by service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of road safety; for legal consequences; by the date of receipt; by the form of receipt; on compulsory for a fee. Considering the criteria for classification of administrative services of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of road safety, the following directions of activity of the latter in this area are defined: - activities of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regarding the admission of drivers to the management of vehicles; - activities of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine regarding the admission of vehicles to participate in traffic; - activity of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is connected with the implementation of vehicles; - activity of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in relation to the approval of vehicle structures; - permit activity of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of transportation of dangerous goods; - activities of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on granting permission for the use of special signaling devices; - activity of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the manufacture and storage of license plates.
