Argument și prefață la cartea Probleme de drept și soluții în opinia separată a judecătorului

Abstract
Pornind de la maxima filosofului antic Aristotel – „Judecătorul este dreptul care trăiește”, considerăm că judecătorul – acreditat în exclusivitate de lege cu înfăptuirea justiţiei – este obligat să efectueze cercetări şi analize practico-ştiinţifice, reacționând adecvat în cazul în care, judecând cauza, constată probleme de drept cu privire la interpretarea şi aplicarea legii, iar soluţiile jurisprudenţiale sunt neuniforme şi neunitare.
