Securitatea persoanei prin prisma culturii juridice a funcţionarului public

Abstract
The scientific approach comprises a series of reflections on the issue of legal culture public officials being seen as an important guarantee of personal security in a state of law. The authors argue the importance of legal culture of public officials to ensure legality, public order, finalization of democratic reforms and respect for human rights and freedoms. Special emphasis is placed on legal knowledge so that public servants should have in contemporary society, as well as on the moral and attitude towards the law and justice.
