ARGUMENTS FOR STATE POLICY OF FOREIGN TRADE DIVERSIFICATION IN THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract
The article argues necessity of state regulatory interference into the foreign trade sphere of the national economy under conditions of low commodity diversification of the export. The interdependence between the prevalence of raw materials in exports structure and its low diversification is proved. Key microeconomics postulates (perfect and imperfect competition, law of diminishing marginal returns, scale effect) determining the non-equivalent foreign trade exchange between countries with different levels of export structure diversification are analyzed. The state policy course aimed at overcoming structural disproportions of the foreign trade sphere of the national economy is outlined.
