Army as a band sign: some criminal-legal and criminalistic problems.

Abstract

Considered exist in the science of criminal law and in criminalities views on the definition of the concept of “weapons”. The legislative base concerning this problem is analyzed. A number of criminally-legal and forensic problems of assigning certain types of weapons to the armed forces of the gang were investigated.
