As for the notion of “criminal offense” in the Criminal Law of Ukraine

Abstract
In the article the problem of determining the definition of “criminal offense”. Studied proposals to amend the criminal law to introduce criminal offense. Scientists studied opinion concerning the introduction of a new category of criminal law – criminal offense. It notes that the term “criminal offense” is the most more objective when determining interim criminal act.
