ASPECTOS DISCURSIVOS DO RECURSO DA DECLARAÇÃO TEXTUAL NOS GÊNEROS NOTÍCIA E REPORTAGEM

Abstract
This study aims to provide support to the teaching of Portuguese Language on the use of textual declaration in news and reports, mapping the verbs choices dicendi in two major newspapers and commenting discursive aspects of these choices. The methodology, qualitative, analyzes the corpus of 20 texts (10 news and 10 reports) published in Folha de S.Paulo and O Estado de S. Paulo in 2014 week, with respect to dicendi verbs used for entering textual declarations.The results showed the use of basic verbs, such as “afirmar” and “dizer”, and also of interpretative and ideological verbs, that underpin assumptions and allow inferences relating to the context where they were declared, such as “acusar”, “cravar” and “reagir”. Thus, the reporter is not limited to report the declaration of source impartially; he interprets it. The study reveals a greater repertoire of dicendi verbs and offers subsidies to a less ingenuous and more critical reading of the effects of sense which particular choice of reporter may cause in news or reports.
